3 - We build a customized educational and commercial offer

Prior to training: our training consultants analyze your needs and expectations; they also inform you of the necessary prerequisites. We can also offer an audit and evaluation service.
As an option, we can work on your own data; please let us know.
During the course: the trainer begins with a detailed presentation of the program, the expected objectives and a round-table discussion with the trainees. He or she draws on in-house teaching aids and alternates between talking and putting into practice; a large part of the training is devoted to practical exercises and case studies.
Post-training: the training materials and a number of documents (deliverables) are made available to trainees for one month on our LMS platform. During this period, you can also contact your trainer if you encounter any difficulties during your practical work.

arx iT trainers use both demonstrative and active teaching methods, alternately focusing on the spoken word and concrete exercises or case studies.

Demonstrative method: trainees observe the trainer or a resource person who either performs the activity in front of them, or presents and comments on it. The method is kept as simple and clear as possible. The trainees then have to carry out the same procedure;
Active method: trainees take an active role in their own learning, building up their knowledge through technical research situations. They experiment, test, explore and the trainer accompanies them in their discoveries.

Course materials: training is based on a training material given to each trainee at the start of the course in digital format, or from your personal data in the case of on-the-job training.
Our ® training guides are written in-house at arx iT using royalty-free GIS data. We do not work on exercises copied and pasted from publishers' software or from various websites. By way of example, an introductory guide to GIS software represents around 120 pages of theoretical and practical lessons.
An LMS platform: arx iT provides its customers (trainees and registrars) with a training management platform that gives access to teaching resources (Digital Learning), evaluation questionnaires and online registration.
A dedicated computer room: we have a dedicated training room on our premises, equipped with the very best technology: high-speed Internet connection, large-screen video projection, flipchart, etc.
